What is your custom design process for stationery? >

Can I have my order rushed? >
Absolutely. For shop items we offer expedited shipping and local delivery or pickup is available. Based on availability, we may be able to accommodate custom rush orders. Please email us if you need your gifts or invitations rushed.
How long will it take for my gift or stationery order to ship? >
We prepare and package each gift with love (some items take more love than others)! Most shop items ship within 2-3 business days. For custom design, we ask for at least 6 weeks to design, source, and package your goodies. During the summer months, we will avoid shipping out chocolate items on Thursday through Friday to avoid your gift sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.
What are your delivery methods? >
We offer hand delivery throughout Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Local pickup is available in the Atlanta/Roswell area. We ship nationwide by way of FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Can I request a specific delivery date for gifts? >
We are happy to work with you to make sure that your gift is received within a certain window of your desired date. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll work to make this happen.
Can I customize my gift box or packaging? >
We love to create custom packaging. All of our custom gift design services incorporate your logo/branding. We can add your branding to our current collection of items. If you are looking for something more rare or one of a kind, we can definitely design and/or source specialty packaging. Please email us to find out more about our minimums.
What if an item is no longer available once I’ve placed my order? >
We work with local artisans and several small batch businesses. Some edible items may become unavailable. If this happens, we will contact you to inquire about possible substitutions.
